Products are sold with the understanding that the purchaser will determine if the product is suitable for his or her application. Seller will replace any product, free of charge, that does not meet established product specifications. Seller shall not be liable for any damages or injury to persons or property arising from the purchase or use of the product. In no event shall Seller’s liability exceed the purchase price paid by the Buyer.
