General Guideline:
This
screen is for obtaining price quotes for custom siRNA synthesis with a target
sequence of 19-21 nt. To quote or order siRNA with special needs, please contact
CHI Scientific Customer Support for alternate quotation and ordering options.
To quote siRNA:
1. The Oligo Name is entered in the space provided with any name you like.
2. A synthesis Final Yield (Scale) is selected from the drop-down list. Please
note that some siRNA options are limited with regards to synthesis scale,
modifications, and overhangs.
3. If an overhang other than the default of AA/dTdT is desired, the desired
overhang is selected from the Target/Overhangs drop down list. Please note that
some siRNA overhangs are limited with regard to synthesis scale and option
selected.
4. The Target Sequence is either by typed or pasted into the space provided.
Please note that both RNA strands will by synthesized from this one entry; there
is no need to order both the sense and antisense sequences. The Valid
Abbreviations can be selected to view the entries that will be accepted in this
space.
5. The total price shown on our official quotation will be sent to you through
email. With the quotation number, you will be able to order it directly
online or fax it to our ordering department with easy of payments such as credit
cards or PO.
