PrimaFect™1: DNA and mRNA Transfection Kit

PrimaFect™ reagent leverages our most advanced lipid nanoparticle technology to enable superior transfection performance and reproducible results. It delivers exceptional transfection efficiency into the widest range of difficult-to-transfect and common cell types with improved cell viability.
Components: PrimaFect™ reagent is consisting of cation-polymer and peptide conjugation with proprietary technology.
Quantity and Quality Control: Each 1 ml of PrimaFect™ system contains sufficient materials for 100mg DNA or mRNA transfection. Each lot is tested for inhibition performance of transfection efficiency on primary cells derived from tissues of mouse, rat and human.
Stability/Storage: The reagents contained in this system are stable at room temperatures for the normal shipping period, but the package should be stored at 4-8 oC upon arrival. The reagents are table and effective for up to 4 months at 4-8 oC.
